Organisation, Management & Business Development

The team of associates who will work on most organisational, management and business development issues, including training and development and evaluation work, has extensive experience both in consultancy and in employment across a wide range of sectors. This experience includes working at different levels in different organisations from originally junior levels to senior management and Director levels.

They have worked with or are currently working with a wide range of clients including a hotel and restaurant chain, an engineering company, a product brokering company, care homes, a civil engineering company, secondary, tertiary and higher education establishments and a waste management company. Haworth and Associates also deliver on behalf of a number of Business Links.

Almost all their associates are qualified and nationally registered advisers and assessors for Investors in People; many are also qualified to use the additional IiP models such as Work-life Balance, Recruitment & Selection and Leadership & Management. Associates are also trained to use other continuous improvement models such as EFQM Business Excellence and the associated BETAplus. Some are NLP Master Practioners.
