The team has, collectively, well over 100 years experience working with education in the work-related and enterprise fields. These experiences include
- direct delivery in schools as teachers;
- experience winning the National Rover Award for Quality Work Experience in a school;
- advisory work for an LEA and coordination of work-related learning; careers education experience at LEA level;
- regional co-ordinator of SCIP (Schools Curriculum Industry Partnership); association with the Centre for Education & Industry (University of Warwick);
- representing DfES & QCA as key note speaker;
- numerous education industry related contracts;
- assessing for the National Work Experience Organisers Standard and the Excellence in Work-Related Learning Award.
Other members of the team have extensive management development and change management experience across a range of sectors and are able to successfully bring this experience and good practice into the education sector.
